We live nearby and La Dolce Vita never disappoints us. We love the sunroom across from the beach.. you can feel the ocean. I was there a few weekends ago with a group of 6 friends and Jim Cramer from Mad Money was sitting one table away. That was a treat for me since I have watched him for many years. The food is always amazing and can rival most NYC Italian restaurants in quality.. Service is very friendly and accommodating.
Strong drinks, delicious bread, prompt and attentive service, and overall great atmosphere. We loved the stuffed salmon, and for the quality and portion of food, the price was right. The bussers were also on point. Would come back 10/10
My family and friends come to La Dolce Vita at least weekly during the summer and sometimes multiple times. The staff is always professional and welcoming; however, Jess in particular stands out. She always welcomes us with a great big smile which is so appreciated. Her cocktails are always perfect and continually makes great suggestions. La Dolce Vita is fortunate to have Jess as she brings so much value! Also, the food is so delicious!
Cute little spot by Belmar Boardwalk. My SO & I ate here for lunch & sat outside. We didn’t want “boardwalk” Food & opted for something with more healthier options. Where we sat, there were some tall flower/tree pots that offered some privacy from the public eye. Service was excellent. Our waitress was very attentive & friendly. We both ordered salads & there was nothing left at the end. I’d come back here again & try other entrees on the menu. Overall I thought we had a good experience & atmosphere was nice.
Awesome Italian restaurant right on the beach in Belmar. My branzino was super delicious as was my wife’s rigatoni Bolognese. Great service and fantastic outdoor seating.
Great first meal and experience sitting at a friendly, casual bar. Where a very talented and personable young bartender Lyla provided excellent service. I had a very reasonable priced bottle of Zenato Baby Amorone and Linguine with no less than 30 posilipo baby clams in a light white wine sauce with garlic. Off the charts!
The place had amazing ocean views, and the food was just fantastic! Mike, our waiter, was top-notch, and the hostess was really nice. Can’t wait to come back for round two!
Very good 👍. Your choices of pasta, seafood and steak made it hard hard to decide on an entree! Right on beachfront, view was great.servers were busy. Pricey, but definitely worth the money.
Pretty amazing spot! We had the avocado burrata to start, paired with a glass of Inscription Pinot Noir. For entrees, we had the Branzino and Orecchiette, complimented by an amazing bottle of Barolo. The bottle of wine and the burrata were recommended by our server Bill G., who was absolutely wonderful! He was funny and inviting, which created a lovely atmosphere! As a person with allergies, he assured me I would be safe, which is a great piece of mind.
Perfect lunch spot. But then again perfect anytime spot. This was the second time we had the pleasure of dining here and it is by far the best place with a view of the water and also an amazing environment for a family to have dinner together. Highly recommend it anytime you’re in town or also highly recommend it if you’re in a neighboring town and just don’t want to be disappointed by other places!
